cloth covered case opens into three panels with inlaid area for half-circle artist book at center; book can be opened and displayed standing up by curving the front and back cover until they touch and are held together by a magnet; Book is a nested accordion structure; each folded page holds together layers of paper with hand sewn binding; intricate paper cutting displays many layers including image of the world and text from the preamble to the Charter of the United Nations from 1945;

letterpress printed using combination of photpolymer plates and collagraphic blocks on Wyndstone Marble paper. Cut using Universal Systems Lasercutter
